The university is trialling a change to the delivery process to prevent parcels from getting lost or damaged and to improve your experience using Amazon Business.

To address the on-going issues of Amazon parcels not being delivered to the correct location and couriers struggling to find locations/departments due to the lack of information on purchase orders,  we will be trialling a new delivery method.

From Sunday 1 May 2022, all Amazon Business orders for either University Park or Kings Meadow Campuses (KMC) will be delivered to two locations.

There will currently be no changes to deliveries made to Jubilee or Sutton Bonington Campuses.

All deliveries that are going to the L2 Stores in the Faculty of Engineering will remain unchanged. Please select the following delivery address:

L2 Stores
Faculty of Engineering
University of Nottingham
University Park
Nottingham
NG7 2RD

For all other Amazon Business deliveries to University Park or Kings Meadow Campus, these will now be made to the KMC Mailroom.  The Mailroom will  then contact you by email to either arrange delivery or collection from KMC.  When placing your Amazon order, you will need to select the following delivery address:-

NG7 2NR

Deliveries  from the Mailroom may take up to 2/3 days, therefore any urgent orders will need to be collected from the KMC Mailroom.
