Celebrating Sir Peter Mansfield

We’re honoured to invite colleagues at the University of Nottingham to help celebrate the achievements of a truly extraordinary man, Sir Peter Mansfield FRS on Friday 8 December, 11am – 1.30pm.

Sir Peter’s work laid the foundations for a future of medical imaging that few could imagine.

His brilliance, courage and dedication unlocked the potential of MRI technology – leading a revolutionary breakthrough that has helped millions of people in need around the world.

Join Sir Peter’s friends, colleagues and family at the Great Hall, Trent Building, as we gather together to honour his life, his achievements and his legacy. A buffet lunch will be available.
