Over the last few months the libraries team have been busy making a host of changes and improvements to NUsearch – the library’s online resource discovery tool. The changes will benefit both students and academics.
The new look NUsearch has a simpler, cleaner design and is now easier to use. It’s also mobile friendly, which means it can be used anywhere.
There have also been improvements to the advanced search (including more material types added), the menu has been made clearer for finding and requesting resources, and the ‘My Library Card’ area for managing library accounts has been improved.
NUsearch allows users to request more books or more copies, make loan requests (including Inter Library Loans from other institutions), browse e-journals, find databases and explore our special collections and archives. It also links to course reading lists in Moodle and Nottingham ePrints where users can find research produced by UoN authors.
NUsearch is available at nusearch.nottingham.ac.uk.
