Nottingham born and bred and having enjoyed many playful hours as a child on on University Park I am proud to be associated with the University of Nottingham. My Master’s Degree in Human Relations (1996 award) stood me in good stead for the doctorate I was awarded last year by Nottingham Trent University for my research into the Retention of Early Years Practitioners in Day nurseries.
