Design partners – updated list and ordering process

April 22nd, 2024

If you request creative design work from the university’s design partners – either our creative agencies or freelancers – then please read updated guidance on the Brand Resources SharePoint to see how the ordering process has recently changed.

New ordering process

We recently completed our Approved Supplier procurement exercise for design and now have a variety of approved design partners – some familiar and some new faces – available to work with you on design projects.

As part of our Supplier Agreement, we are introducing a new step into the ordering process. Alongside raising a Purchase Order, you will now need to sign a Proforma. This document is required for every design job.

The forms are easy to use – you need to enter the agreed quote and design job details, then sign yourself and before asking the design partner to counter-sign.

These forms can be stored with your PO in your local files (and made available to procurement if required).

More information

You can find the updated list of approved design partners plus Proformas (and details on how to use them), on the Commissioning Design section of the Brand Resources SharePoint site.
