Being an effective agile worker: bitesize training

March 12th, 2024

If you want to learn how to be an effective agile worker or are looking for practical tips on implementing agile working into your day-to-day, the university is running a series of online bitesize sessions to help enhance productivity, performance and wellbeing.

Suitable for all members of staff, the sessions aim to develop understanding and support you in adopting agile working using practical tools.

Upcoming sessions include:

Influence without authority
Wednesday 20 March 2024, from 11am – 12noon

Having better meetings
Monday 15 April 2024, from 11am – 12noon

Outcome focused working
Tuesday 7 May 2024, from 1pm – 2pm

There are limited places on each bitesize training session so book your place now to avoid disappointment.

Visit the Agile Working SharePoint site to see more sessions and book your place.

If you book a place and can no longer attend, it’s incredibly important to cancel your place so that it can be given to another colleague.
