Getting tested regularly is an important step in ensuring that the wider university community is safe.
From Monday 14 March 2022, in addition to our saliva based testing, the university will be providing free lateral flow device (LFD) test kits available from the following collection sites:
University Park: Portland Welcome Zone – C floor
University Park: David Ross Sports Village main foyer
Jubilee Campus: Advanced Manufacturing Building
Sutton Bonington campus: The Barn
Each person can collect 3 boxes containing seven kits and no pre-booking is required. Kits are available to collect until Thursday 31 March 2022. If you are unable to visit one of the university collection points, tests can also be ordered via the government website for home delivery.
When you do your own test, you must report the results online via the government portal. Please don’t attend campus if you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms. Although there is no longer a legal requirement to do so, we expect and strongly recommend those who test positive for Covid-19 continue to self-isolate for a period of five days.
For any questions, please contact the testing team at testingservice@nottingham.ac.uk.

I’m an invigilator at the University and have not been given an ID badge, I do however have payslips. Please could you let me know if I need to bring these with me in order to receive the lateral flow test kits?
Regards
Henny Scott

Hi Henry. If you just let the pick up team know that you are an exam invigilator at the Uni and a member of staff, that should be all you need in order to pick up some tests. Thanks.

Hi
do you still have lateral flows available for collection from the Portland Building and David Ross and if so what time can you collect them?
Thanks for your help,

Hi Katharine. There should still be LFDs available for collection from both Portland Building and David Ross Sports Centre, yes. You can collect them from Portland Building between 10am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, and from David Ross Sports Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays, between 10am to 6pm. Thanks.
