Nottingham Reward Scheme (NRS) – Voucher nominations now able to be made online

November 1st, 2021

Following on from the closure of the 20/21 NRS scheme we are pleased to announce that NRS voucher level awards have re-opened for nominations.

As part of the re-launch, we have made some improvements to how nominations are made and approved within the Employee Hub.

The new functionality enables nominations to be made and approved quickly and easily. Once approved, awards will be available instantly to redeem against e-codes or re-loadable gift cards through the Hub.

Voucher level nominations should be used recognise instances of excellent contribution which have had a very positive impact and where the member of staff has demonstrated behaviours aligned to the university values of inclusivity, ambition, openness, fairness and respect.

Nominations can be made by management or colleagues all year round and should be used to reward eligible staff as a more real time recognition element of the NRS.

FAQs and system user guides are available to support with the nomination and approval process, these are now available on the Employee Hub.

The next opportunity to make nominations for higher level NRS awards will be coming soon, keep an eye on Campus News for more information.
