Introducing the MyNottingham website

January 24th, 2019

We have launched a new MyNottingham website to offer students a range of online support during their studies at the University.

The website is different to the MyNottingham app that students may already have installed on their mobile device, and they can continue using the app as they do today.

Updating personal information

Students can use the MyNottingham website to check and update their personal details. View the Updating Your Personal Information video to find out how to do this. Students should remember to keep their personal details up-to-date on this website.

To access the website students should go to mynottingham.nottingham.ac.uk at any time and log in using their University username and password.

Any changes that have been made to student details since the beginning of December 2018 may not be visible on the website yet, but these changes have been recorded and will be added into the website as a priority. If any outstanding student details are not visible by Friday 15 February, students should contact the Student Services team.

Submitting Support Requests

The new website offers students a convenient way to request online support from Student Services and other departments. Students can view the Support Requests page to find out about the types of support that can be requested using this website.

Many more features will be available to students soon, and we will advise as and when these features will be ready for students to start using.

Please contact the Student Services team if you have any questions regarding the new website.
