A new card access-operated cycle store has opened on Jubilee campus.
The store is located between the Advanced Manufacturing Building and the Research Acceleration and Demonstration Building.
The unit is accessible to all staff and students and provides 120 bike spaces via a two tier stacking system.
Instructions on how to use the system are available within the building.

Great new facility but when taking bikes from the top shelf the light’s suspended from the ceiling are easily knocked from their hooks. I think the lights need more secure fastenings and could do with being higher.

Great to see something new in cycle storage. Space is always the issue. It would be *really good to have the cycle parking / storage at Kings Meadow reviewed and upgraded. Hopefully to something more integrated like this.
