New Director of Estates

A new Director of Estates & Facilities, Linda Goodacre, has been appointed to the University and will take up her role on Monday 16 April 2018.

Linda’s career in estates and facilities management spans some 28 years with senior roles including Boots, Wm Morrison and telecommunications company EE.

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer Margaret Monckton, the role will have leadership responsibilities for the integrated Estates and Hospitality Departments.

Confirming Linda’s appointment, Chief Financial Officer Margaret Monckton said: “I am delighted that Linda will be joining us at Nottingham to provide the highest quality environment for our staff and students in which to conduct their research, teaching and learning.”

Linda Goodacre said: “I am really excited about joining the University. It is a great opportunity to lead this really important team who look after such great buildings and facilities.”

The University’s current Director of Estates, Chris Jagger retires in May.
