USS Pension and Industrial Action

March 1st, 2018

The Vice-Chancellor has written a new staff blog, welcoming news that UCU and UUK are to continue talks on pension reform – mediated by ACAS – next week.

Meantime, industrial action continues, and the University will continue to do everything to ensure students’ education is not adversely affected.

A previous Vice-Chancellor blog on pension reforms is available, alongside further details published on the HR webpages and the Universities UK website. Information for students includes an open letter to students from the Vice-Chancellor, and Q&A material with information and advice for students.
