The last day of mailroom operations before the holiday period is Friday 22 December. Please note the following collection and delivery timings:

• To ensure that the mailroom is cleared of all parcels and letters over this period we have requested that couriers deliver items no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 22 December. This will allow time for personal items to be processed and collected from the mailroom.
• In terms of collection, ‘specials’ and ‘signed for’ items should be ready for collection no later than 1:00pm and all other items will be collected items no later than 2:00pm on that day.

Where possible we also ask staff to minimise personal orders on this date to avoid a last minute rush which could compromise the service for all.

The mailroom will re-open on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
