Do you travel between campuses? — Help with a study!

July 25th, 2017

The University of Nottingham’s N-SERP programme (Nottingham Summer Engineering Research Programme) is on the lookout for staff and students to complete a study about distance and travelling between UK campuses.

The ‘Smart Campus’ study is being carried out to gain improved understanding of how accurately members of the University perceive distance and travel time between key points on the campuses — as well as their likely choices of travel mode.

The data collected through the study will be used to help the University improve commuting and movement between and around campuses.

If you’re a current member of the University of Nottingham and you’d like to help out by taking part in this survey, please follow this link to complete the questionnaire.

In addition, participants are needed for a separate interview or “talk aloud” study. This study will be carried out in person and its volunteers will receive a £5 and £10 Amazon voucher, respectively, for their time. To find out more, please email eayjcla@nottingham.ac.uk.
