Nominations are now open for the 2017 Papin Prizes. Established in 2015, the awards celebrate the skills, talent and experience of higher education technicians across the UK. Categories include:
Nominations can be made online by any member of the higher education community including students, staff, collaborators and alumni. The deadline is Friday 31 March.
The Papin Prizes will be presented at the UK’s Higher Education Technicians Summit 2017 on Wednesday 31 May at The University of Warwick, in partnership with Midlands Innovation and the Science Council. The summit promotes a professional identity for technical staff in higher education and beyond, with keynote speeches, workshop sessions and networking opportunities. Registration for the event is free and includes lunch. For more information and to register, visit the University of Warwick website. Return transport to Warwick will be available for University of Nottingham delegates.
