Workplace massages for staff

June 7th, 2017

Settle into summer with a free workplace massage.

As part of the University’s Wellbeing Programme for staff we are offering 15 minute, seated and clothed, acupressure massages which use a variety of techniques to relax, sooth and revitalise you at work.

Massages work on a physical level to eliminate the knots and stresses that build up in the back, shoulders and neck due to poor posture as well as physical and mental tension. The manipulation not only breaks down the areas of stiffness but increases blood flow to the muscles and head giving a feeling of being refreshed and more energetic.

A number of sessions will be taking place across our campuses from Monday 26 June – Friday 30 June.

Feel more energised and revitalised in time for summer: Book your massage.
