Staff Internal Communications Survey Report

December 11th, 2015

Earlier this year, we asked you to feedback on our internal communications channels, which we have used to put together a Staff Internal Communications Survey Report.

The level of response from across the institution was unprecedented, especially the valuable detail given in the free text questions. It gives a real insight into how colleagues use our current channels and what they think of them — and how they want things to change.

Findings from the survey will be used, along with other feedback mechanisms, to guide and inform development of new internal communications channels at the University, including the recently launched Campus Update all-staff email. The survey will be repeated regularly to measure improvement as well as tracking new needs as they arise.

Once again, a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to fill in the survey.
