This study aims to understand how the University can increase efficiency and deliver smooth experiences to all users of its campuses by using modern technologies and data analytics where possible.

The goal of this questionnaire is to understand:

  • experiences of users on campuses and how smart technologies (such as smartphones, sensors, data analytics) can help improve them
  • perceptions of data collection, usage and publication on the University of Nottingham campuses
  • awareness of initiatives aimed to make campuses smarter and improve user experiences on campuses.
