We are pleased to announce that David Hill, currently Director of Digital Services at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, will take on the role of Chief Digital Officer at the University of Nottingham in November.
Heading up Information Services, David will lead the University’s transition to become a digital exemplar in the higher education sector. He will also join the University’s Executive Board, leading the development and delivery of the University’s digital strategy.
Margaret Monckton, Chief Financial Officer, said: “David’s extensive experience in digital delivery in both the NHS and the private sector makes him ideally placed to realise the University’s ambitions to transform the digital experience of staff and students across all of our campuses.”
David is currently responsible for the delivery of technology services and strategy at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This include enterprise architecture and applications, service delivery, records management and information governance and security.
