ESRC media training opportunity

March 17th, 2015

Researchers funded by the ESRC are being invited to sign up for free media training taking place on University Park on Thursday 14 May.

The workshop is open to researchers at all stages of their career, providing their work has produced some findings which are suitable for discussion and could form the basis for practical interview mock ups.

Members of the University’s Media Relations team will also be on hand to discuss how they can support researchers in putting their new media skills to good use to promote and publicise their research and expertise.

Places are limited and likely to be booked up quickly, so researchers interested in taking part are advised to sign up online as soon as possible or contact Emma Thorne, Media Relations Manager on 0115 951 5793, for further information.
