The Leadership and Management Team is asking for members of staff to come forward if they are interested in being coached by an internal coach pool colleague.

21 coaches are currently being trained to Level 5 standard — and each will need to coach a minimum of two people between Monday 8 January and Monday 30 April 2018 in order to embed and build on their learning and practice.

Executive coaching cannot be offered at this stage, but any volunteer from Levels 1-5 across any job family within the University can apply.  The deadline date for applications to be a volunteer coachee is Monday 18 December 2017.
